At Scents by Beebee, we take pride in the quality of our fragrances and customer satisfaction. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. All Sales Policy

Due to the nature of fragrance products, all sales are generally final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for used or opened products.

However, we will review return requests under the conditions listed below.

2. Final Sale Items (Non-Returnable)

The following items are strictly final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged:

  • Sample fragrances

  • Decants

  • Travel-size fragrances

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Promotional or clearance items

Once purchased, these items are considered final due to hygiene and product integrity reasons.

3. Eligible Returns (If Applicable)

We only accept returns or replacements if:

  • The item arrived damaged

  • The wrong item was sent

  • The product is defective upon arrival

To qualify, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

4. Return Requirements

To process an eligible return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

We may request photo or video evidence before approving any claim.

5. Refund Process

If your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. We do not offer general product exchanges.

7. Shipping Costs for Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

8. Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once an order has been dispatched. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact the carrier (e.g., USPS) for assistance. We will support where possible.
