We Ship Exclusively via USPS
Every order includes a tracking number sent to your email once shipped. Fragrance decants are packaged in USPS-compliant sealed vials inside padded mailers.

Order Fulfillment
At ScentsbyBeebee, we strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible while ensuring every package is carefully prepared.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday) after payment has been received. During periods of high demand, product launches, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be extended.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package’s journey.
While we work hard to maintain accurate inventory levels, occasional stock shortages may occur. If an item in your order becomes unavailable, we will contact you promptly with an update and available options.
Please note that delivery times provided by shipping carriers are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

- We ship to all 50 US states + Puerto Rico and APO/FPO addresses.
- Orders placed by 12pm EST Mon–Fri typically ship same day.
- Damaged or lost orders: contact us within 72 hours for replacement or refund. (N.B. - We only replace manufacturer's bottle)
- International shipping not currently available.
