All orders are processed and shipped from our fulfillment location within the United States.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly sent. As fragrances are personal care items, we cannot accept returns on opened, used products unless there is a quality issue. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving a damaged order.

We ship all orders using USPS (United States Postal Service).

Yes. Every order shipped via USPS includes a tracking number sent to your email once your order has been fulfilled.

Address changes can only be made if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once shipped, USPS delivery details cannot be modified.
