Yes. All fragrances sold by ScentsbyBeebee are 100% authentic and sourced from reputable retailers, distributors, and authorized channels. We do not sell counterfeit, inspired-by, or imitation fragrances.
A decant is a smaller amount of fragrance transferred from an original retail bottle into a travel-sized atomizer. Decants allow customers to experience luxury and niche fragrances without purchasing a full-size bottle.
No. Our decants are hand-prepared from genuine fragrance bottles. ScentsbyBeebee is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any fragrance brand.

Absolutely. If there’s a fragrance you’d like us to carry, please contact us and we’ll do our best to source it.
Fragrance color can vary between batches and may naturally darken over time. This does not affect authenticity or performance.
Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). Processing times may be extended during holidays, promotions, product launches, or high-volume periods.
Most U.S. orders arrive within 2–7 business days after shipment. Delivery times depend on the carrier and destination.
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Yes. We offer FREE U.S. shipping on orders of $99 or more. Orders below $99 will be charged shipping at checkout based on the selected shipping method.
At this time, ScentsbyBeebee ships within the United States. International shipping may become available in the future.
Backorder fulfillment times vary depending on supplier availability. If an item is on backorder, estimated shipping times will be provided when available. We will notify you of any significant delays.
If my order contains a backorder item, will the entire order be delayed?
In most cases, orders containing backorder items will ship once all items are available. If partial shipment is possible, we may contact you to discuss available options.
Yes. Shipping insurance is available at checkout for customers who would like additional protection for their orders.
Shipping insurance may provide coverage for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit, subject to the insurance provider’s terms and claim approval process.
While optional, we strongly recommend shipping insurance for higher-value orders to provide additional peace of mind during transit.
If you purchased shipping insurance, please contact us as soon as possible and we will assist with the claims process. For uninsured packages, once the carrier has accepted and scanned the shipment, ScentsbyBeebee cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
Payment
We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other payment methods available at checkout.
Yes. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment providers. ScentsbyBeebee does not store your full payment information.
Yes. Discount codes can be entered during checkout. Unless otherwise stated, only one promotional code may be used per order.
Your payment method will be charged at the time your order is placed.
Returns & Order Changes
Due to the nature of fragrance products and hygiene considerations, all sales are final. We do not accept returns on opened, used, or sampled products.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review the issue and work toward a resolution.
If you purchased shipping insurance, we will gladly assist you with the claims process and provide any documentation needed to support your claim.
Orders may only be canceled or modified before they have been processed for shipment. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right.

Samples and decants allow you to experience a fragrance before committing to a larger bottle, making it easier to discover new scents affordably.
No. Samples and decants are professionally prepared from authentic fragrances and are shipped in ScentsbyBeebee packaging rather than the manufacturer’s retail packaging.
Yes. Our decants are designed to be portable and convenient for everyday use, travel, and fragrance testing.
Decants allow you to test a fragrance on your skin over multiple wears before investing in a full-size bottle, helping you make a more informed purchase decision.
Important Notice
Shipping insurance is optional but highly recommended, especially for higher-value orders. ScentsbyBeebee is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit when shipping insurance is declined. Free U.S. shipping is available on qualifying orders of $99 or more.
